and the webpage is done. for those on my friends list, you can go back an entry or so and find the link. those not on my friends list that want to see, do a friend request. pretty easy, huh?

well, today, saw my dad for the first time since, well, um, October? talked a little about what was going on. giving him an edited version. here's why (long story short regarding my relationship with my father):
he left when I was 9 months 14 days old. given that I was born on March 11, doing the math, that means he left December 25. see,...

Damn matches!
well, thanks everyone for the feedback. after much thought and ideas, I've pretty much determined here is what I'm doing:
Friday: Interview, wearing a shirt and a tie. throw out my ideas on stuff. let them think about it. maybe send a thank-you note, depending. if they offer some nice benefits, like Student Loan forgiveness (say I work there a year and $10,000 is forgiven...

Good luck with the jobs. The once with the furnished apartment sounds pretty good. Then you don't have to worry about rent, which is the usually the biggest bill.

Not sure that you have many options really, maybe stretch the student loan, which although not ideal, will give you some breathing space.
Hope you are okay.
Hope you are okay.

My suggestion is; dont move to Oslo ! If you live a place where you can get a decent flat for $ 500 you're lucky in my eyes. I had to pay $ 2333 a month for my last flat, a small two rooms with barely enough space for me and my kid. Whats the wages like since this is such a problem?
so, today at work, I open the candy closet door, and notice seven "Shrek Snickers" boxes in the closet. interesting, since only the overnight cashiers work that candy....and I've been doing the overnights the past few nights (since Wednesday). let's see, I went home, they were not there, but when I came into work again they appeared!
so I asked the Night Crew chief (Night...

Thankyou for the birthday wishes, you didn't need to worry, you were on time.
Seriously, what day is today?
you see, since Wednesday, I've been doing the Overnight shifts. the full-time person went on vacation to New Mexico, to return June 2nd. the person just trained for me, she was going to run the shifts. except on Wednesday, her father was in an accident that resulted in a head injury that required IMMEDIATE brain surgery. so she's been out...

I have no reason to keep track of what day it is anymore. It's summer, no classes, and I'm so bored.

I changed my name because Fredricka is more like my real name; Fredrikke. Mirtzu just did'nt mean anything to me.
Too bad you're in a job you dont like. What kind of job are you looking for?
Yes, I'm getting more and more freedom. I sleep almost every third night in my new flat and not at the hospital. They say I'll be out by the middle of June.

well, didn't win much gambling on Saturday (walked in with $50, given $25, walked out with $100). but it was somewhat fun!
and then Sunday was my cousin's son's 5th birthday party. seriously, the kid was excited to get underwear! everything got the "Yes, yes, this is what I always wanted!" treatment! so that was nice.
still job searching (damn, there is so little in...

At least you came away with some sort of a win!
Job searching is incredibly hard. Not just because its tyring, but because your constantly facing rejections. Its okay to be bummed by it,... but I hope it doesnt get you down too much.
Well, I often hear it can take up to a month for some meds to become effective. Or fully effective. So I guess it might take a while. I hope the fogginess is gone shortly.
mmm, donut

well, the week is almost done. I probably should be updating and commenting on journals. yes, I read everyone's journal even if I don't comment. sorry, you'll figure out why soon.
well, my stomach still hurts if I try to do some sit-ups. it doesn't hurt otherwise, so I'm not too worried.
I'm done with school for the semester at least. if not longer. the...

I watched a video of a preteen wiping out on a motorcycle. Compound fractured his thigh, broken colar bone, two broken ribs, and a broken arm. He was yelling "don't cut off my clothes"
Tough little guy he is!
Sound like you've been busy. I was wondering why i hadn't heard from you in awhile and i guess that explains it.
As for the rural living i just had a conversation today about how hard it is to get things delivered to R.R boxes.
