so not a lot to say, just really tired. every so often, I think, I hit a point where I am just worn out. I'm approaching that point now.
I was pushing carts today at my shoulders were knotted up. it sucked.
so what else? today was so slow, I played a "game"....guessing what the customer needed. seeing little old ladies, asking "Need a cart?"...

It means I've changed apparently.
that last blog seemed, well, whiny, bitchy, and, um, kind of disjointed.
so a new blog.
I found out today a co-worker (18) has topless pictures of herself in Europe on her cell phone. she's kind of cute. real naive and young. seriously....her boyfriend she found out New Years cheated on her with someone younger....she's back with him already, but he's in Florida for basic...

I feel bad for young, naive girls.
1. I think from the no-friends group, you had always been decent.
2. Um, understanding your point of view, the other persons point of view and what it really is about? Dunno the show.
3. Yay for surveys. Helps to get the chatter along.
4. When dating, um, depends on what sort of dating. Normal dating where you can date other people or dating just the one person, its all so personal. For me, I prefer to keep it just the one person at a time as I generally get attached quickly.
And Tunnel Vision, no. No nudies of me and I don't think there ever will be.

Thank you... its gonna be ok...
so I think Wegmans is trying to kill me in subtle ways....here's why:
Sunday: I started work at 11:30 PM Saturday night. I am supposed to punch for my 1/2 lunch at 7:30 AM when the opening manager gets there. oh, but its the manager who gets there, punches in, then "I need to get coffee and something to eat," and gets back 15 minutes...

my sleep schedule is messed up again! just as I got it back to normal.
yay Wegmans!
okay, so I'm bitter.
I am now falling asleep sometime between 3 AM and 5 AM. waking up in the late afternoon/early evening as a result. so what caused it all?
well, I finally got things "back" to normal around Thursday or Friday. to...

I hope you have more snow than me
Too many people with their heads stuck up their asses driving on the roads today
Some car audio stuff ... digital sound field processor, electronic crossover and 1/3 octave equalization, 1000 watt sub amp, custom built sub enclosure, and two new subs
More yet to come, then some serious rewiring, a second battery mounted in the trunk, and a custom high amp alternator
A friend has a shop that specializes in building custom vehicles, all my cars have great systems, but we have been talking about building something over the top

The 22" and 24" jackhammers are too heavy and the physical size doesn't workout without loss of the backseat, and the smaller jackhammers are really just entry level shit ... small magnets, small voice coils, and low power handling. My current subs ( 10" kicker comp vr's with a 1000 watt amp ) hurt your ears at anything more than a moderate volume level running in the current ported folded horn enclosure. I'm upgrading to a pair of 12" rockford fosgate P3"s with dual 2 ohm voice coils and a 1000 watt 1 ohm stable amp, and a custom ported folded horn enclosure ... this will give me a 3dB increase ( twice as loud to you ears ), and I may be able to switch from a ported folded horn to a sealed ported horn enclosure, which means a 50% smaller enclosure and tighter bass if I decide to do so ( at the cost of that 3dB increase though )
well, my taxes are done. since I made so little (less than $20,000), I got to do a free on-line filing. at least for the Federal taxes. I ended up having to pay state taxes.....that return will go in, oh, say, April 1st. I'm not surprised, though.

Not much here to show the sign of the times. Except maybe the strikes going on at Texas refineries. If our plant guys strike I get to camp out in the plant and keep the place running.

ahh, the joys of upstate New York. yesterday (Friday), we had a high of 41 F. today, our high is about 17 F. yup, we had about 25 F drop in a day! to go from F (Fahrenheit) to C (Celsius), use the following formula (yes, I was a science geek):
subtract 32 from the F temperature.
multiply that answer by 5.
divide that answer...

that would be impossible, as our parents live an hour away and they are older so I would never think to put them under that kinda stress every three weeks!! I even feel bad for asking for help every few months....
well, I've taken a minor break from job searching. at Wegmans, while I was scheduled only for 22 1/2 hours this past week, this following happened on Monday:
a phone call....want 4 hours on Wednesday? sure! that brings me up to 26 1/2 hours. it might be show for dough....meaning $1 an hour extra.
later that day.....another phone call. someone didn't show up. you start...

I'm a huge Marvel Comics fan regardless, but I agree that it's amazing how the media can shape things. To a certain extent the majority of the population are so impressionable.
Thank you for your kind words on the picture in my blog.

so today, found out that a guy I work with, his cousin is high up in the education field where I want to work.
this could be a good thing.

and edit....I was worried a little bit, having been scheduled only...

That would explain my behavior and the lack of coping ability with loss.

well, I'm pretty much guessing that the latest job I applied for (Residence Hall Director at SUNY Canton) is not in the cards for me. the job posting has been pulled from the website. I think as of today. so that's job 20-something (perhaps in the 30's now) that I've applied for and was rejected for as of last summer. yeah, this job searching crap...

Three printers
I forgot you're a gaget freak
I like to leave the backs of stuff like that open ... unless it adds structural integrity, but then again that's nothing a couple of well hidden 2x4s and brackets wont fix
I use a big old butcher block table with a table mounted on the backside for the printer, and six drawers added ... all with a matching natural finish
