cut my finger at work, my computer won't start (the damn thing won't even turn on)....what the fuck else can go wrong this week?

time to take a shower and read for counseling.....man I hope this week starts to pick up for me!

not a real update, and I know I haven't kept up with comments, sorry all. I promise this week to write back to everyone's journal who's updated......look at Thursday, possibly Wednesday, when I have no classes upcoming!

eeek Close call with the comp problems! I HATE that!

I took a job at subway and the knives they use are suprisingly sharp - i cut myself a few times there too. Iv seen other woekers do it too......they were making the sub in front of mine, cut themselves while cutting the bread (so the blood was also on the sub and the knife). They went off and cleaned themselves up and despite telling their replacement what had happened they didnt replace the knife or the sub! I let em know exactly what i thought and left to get my lunch elsewhere puke

He-heh. I've heard the same kind of complaints from other people working in shops or cafees or wherever, but you dont really think about those things if you've never been in a similar job yourself. At least I know I dont. I still see you're frustration though.

No Alchol after 2 am? In Norway they stop selling alcohol after 20 pm and even earlier in the weekend. 18 pm if I remember correctly.

ahh, sleep, what a wonderful feeling. I got home from my internship on Thursday (saw my client again) to fix my computer. my family managed to screw up the screen resolution big time. had to reboot in safe mode, stuff like that. also had to fix the power switch on my computer....it wasn't turning on consistently!

then called into work. more hours for me...whoo-hoo!

Still try not to get burnt out though.

I'm doing fine. The funk I had from the end of last year seems to have dissipated which is good and I've decided to take a little more control of my life, so that should help keep things even. The kids and the kitten are still a pain in the butt, I'll have to work on them a bit harder.
