....and done. finished commenting in all friend's journals that have posted since November 15th. figured that was a good cut-off date. why November 15th? felt like it? dunno. looked good? ehh, it fit?
so, please, friends o' mine here, write more journals so I can comment in them. I have about 2 weeks before classes start up again. although since they are suppose to be classes taken in the first year, it might bode well for me to complete them without as much work!
so Christmas has come and gone. I got most of my stuff in (present-wise) in the past few days. got some nice stuff too, like the following:
2 jars of Tim Horton's Hot Chocolate mix
a set of Nightmare Before Christmas mugs (4 mugs, in this cool metal thing that makes them stand on top of each other)
a Jack Skellington figure (him in his Santa Claus outfit, with a little kid who gets the shrunken head as a present)
Anasi Boys by Neil Gaiman
Jack Skellington paperweight (almost ironically, the same one I got last year....so one for the office and one for home!)
some clothes (not a lot....didn't want a lot. although I did get a nice dress shirt for interviews and what not).
and various other items. and I'm waiting for Rush's R30 DVD set to come in for me.
so not too bad.
outside of that, not too much. snow is falling now. yeah, kind of late. have things more or less paid up. well, kind of. in a few weeks, I get my refund check in...and most of it is spoken for already. but I sent out payment for my license crap yesterday, so it should be reinstated by the end of the week. means I have to get something sent to Geico (new insurance) so they don't cancel my new insurance. yeah, I'm happy about that. and I now owe my mom a few hundred dollars (paying for my car stuff, car insurance, and cell phone). so I have to pay her back that money as well.
and that's about it. today, I plan on doing laundry and cleaning my room up some. been sleeping and working and relaxing. finally finished Laurell K. Hamilton's book "Danse Macabre" a few days ago. it was on hiatus while I was in school.
and the bitter angry guy is talking to me again. nice chatting. don't know what happened, don't care. found out he hit a deer with his truck Christmas Eve. that sucks. and he had to work Christmas Day night. really sucks. we'll see more on Saturday. when I get a normal lunch break!
and that's all. got my grades.....A, A-, and a pass. and the micromanaging Superintendent of the School District I intern at....she's gone effective December 31st. we're already celebrating that one!
