so Chrysler/Dodge has "respectfully declined" to reimburse me for any damages caused by a product that fails every four to five years (the radiator), telling me they have everything documented, forwarded on information about the vendor saying the problem, and if true, will look at something in the future.

just wrote the complaint letter to fire off to Chrysler regarding my radiator/transmission (I had to replace it around Thanksgiving).

asking for the $2343.60 back I had to pay for a new radiator and transmission overhaul. in getting things together (since the radiator was previously replaced), discovered my dates were off...by a year. I had the radiator replaced in 2006 by Doan Dodge....at 45,000 miles....
