so did a little shopping today, 3 pairs of pants at Old Navy. 2 pairs of khaki cargo pants and 1 pair of khaki lined pants. all for work (lined for outside, cargo pants for overnight shifts and maintenance shifts when I need pockets to put things like utility knives and a pen). figure 60% off it a good thing, right? spent about $45 on the three pairs of pants, with a savings over $60. I'm happy.
younger sister made it home fine on Monday.....didn't see much snow at all. so that was good.
and playing phone tag with Chrysler now. back in Thanksgiving I had the car problems. wrote a letter to Chrysler saying how unhappy i was that their product (Dodge Neon) has a radiator that breaks every 4 years, and included copies of the repair bills showing the radiator being replaced in 2006 (45,000 miles) and 2010 (90,000 miles). and asking for the $2200 or so I had to pay for repair work to be reimbursed. so some guy from their customer care/recall center is trying to talk to me. he was gone, the person looking at the file (or whatever its called) said there was no note in it (IE, guessing there is nothing saying "Nope, not going to happen!") but she did put in that I called and to call my cell phone. so tomorrow hope to hear from this person.
my expectations...get a run around BS line of stuff telling me I don't get any money back (to which I will graciously say I understand and that I will now look at GM or Ford as options for future vehicles, despite my only cars being Dodge vehicles).
my hope? I get my money back.
so we'll see....work tomorrow 3:30 PM until 9 PM then off until Sunday at 11:30 PM.
and you?
