I'd say almost ironic that much of the East Coast is getting hammered by snow...and not much where I live. the ironic part...I live on top of Lake Ontario and get nailed with lake effect snow all the time!
but alas, it is quite windy out, with gusts up to 37 mph or so. I went to open the door to get the mail...and promptly realized I needed to virtually shoulder block the storm door to get it open.
so those of you on the East Coast getting hammered, please be careful. I know right now my younger sister, the thing she married, and their dog are traveling down to North Carolina. thankfully the 2 of them grew up here in Rochester, so they both know how to drive in the snow. I just want to make sure they get home safely!
think that's about all....my "weekend" is here...I don't work again until Wednesday morning. yay me. and I don't have to work until 11:30 PM on New Years Eve.
so what does one do with a free Monday night anyways?
