still playing phone tag with Chrysler. I got in contact with the guy on Wednesday, who told me I had to call back and ask for a case manager. so I called today, the person I talked to said my case was listed as "closed", I told him straight out what I was told.
so he talked to me some, explained some things, had to clarify things (he kept saying one invoice was for Jan of '02, and I told him no way, since I purchased my car in May of '02). explained (thanks in part to what the previous guy told me) that I had a transmission overhaul done by the Dodge dealership in Jan. '07. and explained the $200+ credit from the transmission shop (Airport Transmissions) was due to the fact that the guy quoted me $1900 as the max for the repair work when it went $2100+, so they credited me down to $1900.
so its going to committee or whatever, and I should hear back Monday. good news, I'll be happy. bad news, I'll post here and perhaps start a coup or boycott of Chrysler products. we'll see!
and Wednesday night....all time weirdest question asked by a customer...
"Do you have a large methamphetamine problem in the city of Rochester?"
