i want to get all my friends together and film a reenactment of the final scene from scarface, in which i play tony montana, only i'll actually be playing myself. but i'll still have a gun.
the world is yours.
i went to this special summer camp when i was a young teenager. they always told us that we were the top one-quarter of... Read More
Personally, I think that underachieving ex-kid genuises spilling their guts on a porn site blog is fretty fucking cool. I mean, bunches of us are underachieving ex-kid geniuses. My impression is that its more or less normal around here, or at least as normal around here as anything is going to get. So lots of us can connect.
tonight, i finally disengaged from family gatherings to venture forth into the arms of the boys. we all converged upon brandon and kyle's place. i soon learned that deckwreck and suprpkl were going to move into the same apartment complex as b and k this january, and that mike was going to join them this summer.

i'm heading back to Atlanta today to spend Kwanzaa with the folks. this means, of course, that i will be neglecting my internet family just a little, so expect a bit less of yr fluxx0r for a while. however, those of you who have been monitoring my mental state with concern, rejoice in knowing that i will actually be leaving my house-and the crowd emits... I hear you on this one. It's funny how sometimes you end up relating to people you've never even seen or met. Ahh, praise be the intarweb.
Jesus, I hop on a ternimal in a public lab at 8-fucking-am, and you've already got 2 pages of comments. One of these days I'm gonna get first post in your journal. =D
as per tradition, here's to another year spent pining for friends, lovers, and family too far off to touch, to the internet being more tangible than real voices, to making stupid decisions, to the entropy of time, to drinking alone on a Wednesday night, and to living in the future because the past is too slow and the present too... some ninja you are. starting with a star? anyone can throw one of those. you're supposed to start with single-tipped shuriken until you master it, then dual-edged, eventually working your way up to the star.
but admittedly, ninja babes == HOTT. if only you were a cyborg.
one of my favorite ways to analyze people is by their favorite Shakespearean play. it says a great deal about my peer group that this can actually be put into effect, i suppose.
mine's Macbeth. i think we all know what that means.
Julius Caesar for the haruspication scene (I'm a sucker for anything where the entrails of birds are consulted). As far a production of a Shakespeare piece, I would have to go with the relatively recent film adaptation of Titus Andronicus titled Titus w/ Anthony Hopkins. Out of this world. Henry the 5th is hard to ignore considering the present political climate, and I also saw it over the summer in Central Park.
Favorite read... I don't know.
Off the subject, have you read Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood? Very good, I just finished it.
so for the composition portion of my exam for this semester of Russian, i was able to choose from a number of topics, one of them being "My Best Friend," my final choice. after only four months of Russian, it's really difficult to capture the intricacies of human relations, the endless struggles, the act of being a caryatid for the other. but i can talk...
