Ugh. My disorder is kicking my ass this morning. I’ll probably still go to work, but I don’t know how that’s going to play out. Maybe the walk there will help me out of my funk. How’s everyone else doing?

@jozsef Hey, we’re sleep twins, kinda. My sleep is often interrupted. I can’t remember the last time I had a full night’s rest. I think I was in my 20’s. 🤔 Instead of going to sleep late, however, I more often than not go to bed quite early in the day, usually around 2-3 in the afternoon. I’ve been trying to break that habit, but I’ve had little success.
