@alexislust oh yeah not I agree with what you've said but my point was that I clearly didn't care about my health in that way sweetie lol. Not just the sugar though! The whole too many carbs to simple sugars instead of the easier to burn sugars in fruit and things like that. As well as losing a ton of weight due to the vegan thing. Honestly, I don't even work out lol. If I did, this would be even crazier weight loss. I lost an insane amount in 1 and a half years and monthly now, I continue to lose about 10+ pounds a month.

@kungfury thanks man! I'm glad you started sorting your stuff out too man! You got this! I can say that I agree with the whole feeling better after having done so as well though man. It did improve a lot of things in my life for sure as far as energy, productivity and all that goes.
