man, that girl is awesome. last night she helped meanwhilethecat and i finish building the cardboard office in our kitchen. she even made a mail slot, a door with a peep hole, and retinal and dermal scanners. we are such huge geeks. then we webcammed with freakpirate and gave him a good show. we capped our evening by watching the labyrinth.

i had my first shift at edo yesterday. it went really well. i got to make kappa maki sushi. it turned out really well. i have another shift tonight and it's quite possible i will be working there full-time in a month.
