I hate having my picture taken. Absolutely despise it. Not sure why... probably because I have been told I always make weird faces and look like an idiot, and I don't like to look or feel like an idiot. Anyway, I realized this weekend that even though I hate having my picture taken, I really miss having someone genuinely interested in taking my picture. I guess it's part of me being egotistical, but its a nice feeling to know someone wants to permanently capture your image.

I haven't been sleeping well and when I actually do fall asleep I haven't been having pleasant dreams. I'm hoping this refinance does close soon, I think that will be a huge weight off my mind and finally let me relax a little bit.

The trip to Seattle is booked. Well, I'm signed up for the race and I booked my flights. The hotel is still up in the air, I guess I should get on that. Chris was supposed to go but I think he'll be skipping it so it seems I'll be heading to the Pacific Northwest all by my lonesome. I think I might prefer that actually. I've never taken a vacation by myself so it'll be interesting. I felt pretty damn alone in Portland even though I was with other people. At least this time I'll really be able to do what I want, when I want. I'm pretty familiar with the city so I can probably wander around and be just fine, and I've always got my shiny new iPhone to give me directions.
