well, I finally got a copy of "300" to borrow/rent/whatever you want to call it. I had a promotional code, so I'm getting one day free.....sweet! I just wonder....what would the world have been like if the events of 300 never happened? or if the country of Greece did not unify together to fight the Persians? then again, I remember this quote from Babylon-5 (the...

well, my body has decided that 2 hours of sleep is enough. then again, how I've slept recently can explain things:
Friday: slept, got up, took a nap (about 4 hours or so) and then worked overnight. Saturday I ended up sleeping 10 hours. Sunday I slept 9 hours when I got home. so Monday I ended up falling asleep around 4 AM...and slept for...

its 4:30 AM here and I should be asleep. unfortunately, my sleep schedule has been all kinds of fucked up for the past few weeks. sometimes I get tired around 1 AM. sometimes its 5 AM. I might wake up at 5 AM or noon, sleep for 4 hours, 8 hours, even 12+ hours. its all unpredictable and quite annoying.
so this past Monday, I...

so work Sunday morning ended on an interesting note.
I work in a supermarket for perhaps one of the largest grocery store chains in the United States (at least on the East Coast). for 10 years straight, Wegmans has been one of the top 100 companies to work for (and for the past few years, in the top 5).
so, the one manager (Meat Manager)...

It was fun for me too! Especially "death from above" when dropping paper towel boxes from the racks into the isles scareing the crap out of customers.

Egh, all that food wasted. Large food chains kinda shit me.
Yay for working out! I feel so much better when I do. Dunno why the stupid brain says I dont wanna tho.
I hope everythings going okay.

well, got my car back today. I didn't get the A/C fixed (to the potential tune of $115) yet. however, I did get the window fixed (the window motor was bad....I have front power windows). I also got an NYS Inspection done (yearly inspection) for $21.

warranties rule. Unfortunatly i have never had a car that had one. Two of my previous rides the title stated the vehicle exceded the mechanical limits. Other than the motorcycle which was $4200 all my rides were $1800 or less, with most in the $500 range. The highest milage was 234,000 miles. Infact the door fell off it in the dealers lot when i was trading it in.
The cheepest was a 76 Malibu with 180,000 i bought for $75 and drove it 12,000 miles before giving it to my brother. All in all i have gone through 30 different cars. My 83 AMC Eagle is still in the pond where i got stuck! My 86 Chevy short bed is still impounded. The 84 chevy (ex penndot truck), and the 86 grand am got buried in a barn foundation after being shook apart with a front end loader. I demoed 2 cavaliers, a Ford Fairmont and a totota celica. Most others were parted out then cut apart for scrap.

awesome.
job searching sucks...still nothing really good out there. a few more applications out. plus I have to contact my professor about setting up an interview for my internship.

My theory.. you're sleeping crooked. I wake up with shoulder pain and tingles, because I sleep funny on my arm or shoulder.
I also get severe leg cramps. No idea why I get those. People say its a lack of salt, but I have a lot of salt in my diet.
Or.. Maybe you're a sleep walker and you're up to crazy things at night

Dexter has just started over here and it looks brilliant. Sadly, I don't have the tv channel it's on which sucks. I guess It will move over at some point.
Sorry the job hunting isn't going too well, sending you lots of luck for things to change.
Not sure what's wrong with you, although I've just thought that perhaps it's your mattress.
Take care.

Im beguining to live with more and more happiness in my everyday life. So, I guess its possible for me. Im not extatic or anything like when your with someone knew or something...not that euphora, but happy enough.
I guess I am appreciating more, as I become more independant and able to lead my life the way I wish to. Thats not to say though that I dont feel upset or even depressed at some points, but I do try working towards a "happier" frame of mind, despite sometimes pressing times/ issues.
It seems to me that what you listed that makes you happy, is mostly from when you have positive results from your work (whatever that may be).... what about things just for you? There must be some things. Do you play any instuments? I thought I recalled you playing something, does that make you happy to an extent? Exercise (releases endorphins!!!).
Have you tried seeking out a life counselor/ careers counselor? Its something Im thinking of. To get some outside perspective. I feel like I need someone who has a larger understanding and knowledge base of other careers/ lifestyles.
You may be 31, but your still living your life. I understand it that were not automatically on a path, we have to make it. Figure out where you want and need to go. Whether thats in your own way or through the use of professionals/ non-professionals.
