I know....i normally dont let myself get upset...and i certainly dont spend much time throwing around profanities.
BUT....i am very protective over people i consider a friend.......and this particular self loathing,judgmental imbecile just hit a raw nerve.
Now....... on a more positive note......
The knife in my sock is a traditional Scottish Sgian Dubh that i bought when i was living/working in Edinburgh.
(I also have a traditional Dirk..which is a longer knife that hangs off ones belt)

wonder what it says about the full-time overnight cashier when the late night cashier (working until 1:30 AM) calls in sick, and no other cashier (one girl staying to 11:30 PM or myself staying until 11:45 PM) are willing to stay late and cover the rest of her shift? especially if offered extra money and a $5 lunch coupon.

so sold the Frog of Thunder Heroclix I got a while back. it went for $66 on eBay...not bad, considering that I paid $10 for five of the clix. I'm taking it as credit at my cousin's store...I do buy comics, and this amount could pay for 2 big weeks, or 3 small weeks of comics for me. I won't complain.

Bah. I've been in enough arguments with Creationists. the thing that irks me is when they question your faith. I've had 2 evolution professors in college - one an Atheist and the other a Christian. If I'm not mistaken, Darwin himself was a Christian and simply trying to figure out what God was thinking when he created life.
As for Gaiman vs Jim Butcher, I agree. Gaiman's characters were too aloof and/or childish for me to relate to. I'm just a normal dude who still opens doors for women, thus I like Harry Dresden. He's like me except he's got powers.

so finally got called to sub...subbing tomorrow at my old High School...the best part, its about a mile away and should take me 10 minutes to get there!

We have no fault insurance here so basically once the insurance company pays out you can't get anymore money, once you take the settlement that is it. Its very, very rare for anyone to sue over a car accident here.
