Anyway, a couple of months ago, he met a girl. She is 13 years younger than him and has had a few difficulties of her own but he is the EXACT person anyone who needs a friend could do with. Anyway, instead of embracing his gentle and kind nature, she systematically abused it and has fucked him up. She didn't want to have a relationship but when he talked to a female she screamed and shouted at him. She changed her mind and wanted a relationhsip then enjoyed telling him about the men she was pulling and told him, again, she did not want anything with him. He just dealt with her Jeckyl & Hyde personallity without ever getting upset with her even though it was making him hurt and confused and upsetting him.
Women like that are awful. This is an amazing man. His gentle nature is a breath of fresh air and I hope that he never changes and loses that touch of innocence he has.
I have spent time talking and listening to him over the last couple of days and he has been so grateful (I am a friend, it is was friends do, but I am glad he appreciates it nonetheless). I have this amazing man as a friend and I will always be there for him and making him smile when he feels low has made my weekend.
