It has been far too long so you guys probably need a bit of an update. The last time I posted I was 18 weeks pregnant, and now I have a beautiful 4 week old little boy called Noah.
Here he is showing off how well he can hold his little head up
So now I'm back to working on getting this body of mine back into shape, so mission: get sexy is well and truly on. It seems so far as though it will be much easier with a baby for a few reasons:
1. i'm breastfeeding, which apparently burns 500 cals a day, and it means I cant drink
2. I'm usually a comfort eater, I east when I'm sad, and when I have something to celebrate and when I'm bored - now I don't have time to be bored, or to cook myself big fancy meals or to go out to restaurants to eat
3. I'm doing lots of walking with the little one, and will be starting swimming lessons with him in a couple of weeks, so I'm exercising lots more.
4. I just can't afford unnecessary food like chocolate and crisps and sweets.
So fingers crossed things will go really well.
We have also just got ourselves an allotment - AMAZING! So hopefully by the time our little boy is moving onto solids all his food will be home grown. I know it's going to be a lot of work but I am so excited for it. I'm really looking forward to getting stuck in!
