In other news, I signed up for boxes of organic produce to be sent to my house twice a month. I'm feeling adventurous because of it. I can't wait to be cooking up some new dishes with veggies I've never used before. I'm hoping it'll inspire more creative dishes from me considering things have been entirely too bleak lately for me to cook a lot.

I'm just trying to keep on...
