It was a rough couple of weeks, but I've been waking up feeling a bit less terrible every day. That's progress, and it makes me happy. I actually had a pretty good day, pain-wise, yesterday. Today was a little crumby. Just some back aches though. Nothing my meds couldn't take care of!
Been spending lots of time creating things. Most of my ideas are on paper and just concepts. I need to pick up supplies this weekend. I hope my newest idea takes off.
Got my "LBGTerrific" t-shirt in the mail today. I'm going to wear it around my Jesus freak-infested town and piss people off. It'll be great.
I witnessed a horrible and dramatic breakup between two strangers while eating my unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks lunch at the Olive Garden. I don't know what's worse: he broke up with her because he was caught cheating, that he took her to the Olive Garden instead of like an actual good restaurant, or that he dumped her before they even ordered entrees. Poor girl was so pretty, and this guy was like your typical just-out-of-high-school douchebag. He also talked about how he was probably about to go to jail. I wanted to put my hand on her shoulder and tell her she dodged a bullet and should just run so he's stuck with the bill. I really hate saying the situation was kind of hilarious to me, since that poor girl was heartbroken, but she deserves so much better. Not that she's reading this at all...
