Hi!!!!!
So, I got the job I interviewed for. It's at a costume shop downtown. I'm really excited. I can be as weird as I want to there as well. And I can pretend every day is Halloween. The owner really loved me and told me I was hired right on the spot. I think the best part is I get to play with wigs, make up, and sew things all day!
Not entirely sure what day I start yet, but they'll call me within the next few days to schedule my orientation.
Trevor's got his 2 weeks of reserve duty right now. It started yesterday. I had to go up with him to Fort Collins so I could have a car to use. I hate Fort Collins (sorry to friends who live there). Driving back was tedious and annoying because people drive so slow in the high speed lane (like 10-20 mph under the speed limit) and refuse to move out of your way in this state. I guess it doesn't help that I'm from Boston and had to drive like a douche to survive there.
One of my turtles (Cucumber) let me hold him today. He seems to not mind when I put my hand in the pond and pick him up. I discovered he loves having his chin rubbed. He kept sticking his head out more as I pet him under the chin. It was super adorable. (Did I mention how much I love turtles!?)
And I get that I'm entirely annoying with my mentions of my MR set, but I can take it down in 3 days, (although HeatherAnn wants me to keep it up for another month at least). Please send it some love. It's getting closer to what SG buys. Here's a link: Shoot to Thrill
