Things have been all over the place in Sidney-world lately. Just too much or not enough every day. No real balance, but I'm doing my best not to complain. Things could always be worse.
Last week, I got to go see Rasputina live again. I love that band so much. Every time I see them, I want to pick up my cello again. It's probably time I take proper lessons. Sadly, it's a bit hard to find a cello teacher willing to teach adults here. And that instrument is super hard to learn on your own.
I highly doubt I'll be able to garner enough focus to do it though. I think I have ADD or something. I can't focus on much these days. Whoops!
I don't think I've mentioned this here, but we got two new turtles almost 2 weeks ago. We fixed the filter that Pickles (our last turtle) stuck his head in (yes, he passed...
) so no one can be that curious again. Carrot (he's got orange stripes and dots on his head) and Cucumber (no orange) are doing wonderfully and greet me every morning. We've also, some how, acquired a frog. He found his way to our pond, and I've named him Franklin. I know, I have problems...
This Saturday is another SGCO public event at the Denver Zoo. If you're in the area, you should stop on by!
Why can I never get my hair to look as good as the salon did? It's very frustrating. I'm also in dire need of a dye job, but I'm lazy as hell about it.
One more thing:
Yes, I'm goddamn annoying with plugging my MR set (in my own journal, might I add), but it still needs love. Let's set a smallish goal here, and get Shoot to Thrill to at least 666 comments because I'm lame like that.
I'd really love for it to get bought... Pleeeeease?
