Any physical therapy in there? I do that for a living but I don't know the whole story.
sid:
@darknesdance I can't do physical therapy because by the time I was finally diagnosed, my ligaments were so far gone that physical therapy doesn't help much.  It just tears my muscles more.  All the exercise I can actually do is low impact, like walking.  I have a treadmill and an exercise ball that I'll sit on when I'm working on my computer or sewing a costume (I sew by hand, not by machine because my legs shake too much and have spasms sometimes, so I can't use an electric machine.  One day, I'd love to have an antique singer with the manual pedal, but all the ones I find our right overpriced or broken.  Had they caught my EDS maybe when I was a teenager and still growing, I could have gotten a few more years of strengthening my muscles to hold my body together instead of relying on my faulty ligaments...  Such is life.  I take the good with the bad and keep moving forward!

i really fear for your country and the choices you will have to make in the next few months. All my "christian" friends in America seem to love Trump and his "Christian" morals... I do not see it.
sid:
@littlejohn22 luckily, all my Christian friends have their heads screwed on tight, except for one who is my co-worker, but we don't talk politics on the job, and we have agreed to "unfollow" each other's posts so we don't get mad.  I also find it so weird that a black man who served in the military would actually support Trump.  But our state seems to be on Hilary's side... thank Cthulhu!
