you know what's nice? laying naked in bed all warm and cuddled up when it is defintely not warm outside. last night i shaved my legs so they are all soft and smooth still. another bonus: eating leftover pizza in bed. yummm.

yesterday my dad sent my christmas tree (it's mini, only a foot tall) by greyhound and i got a package from my mom containing christmas ornaments, lights and fuzzy red ribbons. i went on a mild christmas-decorating spree, except i wasn't tall enough to hang my lights anad meanwhilethecat was not over. that will maybe get done tonight. my stepmom also sent an advent calendar with the christmas tree. it made me very happy to get one. when she moved in with us she started buying my brother and i advent calenders every christmas and it hasn't stopped since i moved out.

i'm busy knitting gifts for christmas, and trying to figure out what i should buy others. the hardest part is just finding the time to go shopping. i have a somewhat ridiculous schedule.
