fuck, i had just written an entry and pressed save and the screen came up and said that sg was down for maitenance. grrr

anyway. today's bitchy act of the day:

there are these credit card salesman that come and set up shop in hub mall/residence (mainly foreign students/first years) on campus. they have piles of gifts to lure students into the world of credit card debt. they thrust clipboards at people's chests in an effort to sign up the young. i usually tell the salesmen that i am not ready to sell my soul to them and they kind of laugh.

today i started talking to the credit card salesman and i wasn't even aware of what i was saying. the words just poured out of my mouth.
'do you think it's moral to lure people in with free tshirts in exchange for 18% interest rates?"

'i don't set the interest rates.'
blah. stupid corporate drone. i walked away because i wanted to go see if the pro-life table was set up in the student's union building. i wanted to ask them how many female members they have, since i have only ever seen boys there. sadly, the table was not set up today, so today's total of bitchy acts remains at 1.
