last night rose got married to a jar of peanut butter. the fun never ends around our place.

today i actually made it to all my classes. i went to my first interview and it was smashing. second was ok, third was also very awesome.

tonight was pretty laid back. i cooked supper for the fifth night in a row, which is an all time record world high for me. it has been a nice night of cleaning and laundry. russ came over--this guy that rose and i met at a poetry reading. he and michael got along famously.

now i am still readying the house for the arrival of asreal tomorrow afternoon.

today i told my mom about my labret piercing, because we're hanging out tomorrow morning and i knew if she saw it without warning she'd freak.

me: so what's the worst news i could tell you, mom?
her: you got kicked out out school?
i'm sooo impressed she didn't say pregnant.
me:no, pick the second worst thing.
her: the cat died?
me: no. i pierced my lip.
*dead silence*
me: but it's not the worst thing that could happen right?

ahh. must be lovely to have a daughter like me.
