♥ when i am happy, i curl like a kitten. i sigh. i gasp. point in case: i just downloaded and watched last week's episode of the office (us version for those discerning individuals). i was so happy in the last 5 minutes of it that i was curling, sighing, gasping AND, the cherry on the cake, nibbling my fingertips.
♥ i also nibble my fingers when i am unsure or nervous. the last time it happened that someone kissed me and i did not expect it, i nibbled furiously and stuttered a bunch. then kissed him back , of course. when i had regained my senses, anyway.
♥ today i ran into an acquaintance on the street. neither of us was extremely busy so she led me on a short walk to see this beautiful blossoming pink tree near my house. i love moments like that.
♥ on the way home from the bank, i bought a creamsicle at this cute corner store on 17th that i just love. a creamsicle on a warm day when i'm so content has to be one of the best tastes ever. when home, i read a book, napped with my cat, and watched most of an old movie before heading to work. it was a nice afternoon.
♥ awen came to see me at work. i was very happy to spend the little bit of time with her i was able to.
♥ almost every night for the past few weeks, the same person has visited my dreams. i wonder a lot about synchronicity of dream and waking life. sometimes the overlap is just too much.
♥ me and good ol' misty b. are sleeping on fresh, clean bedding tonight. we are good at taking up the whole bed (queen size) between the two of us. we ladies like to stretch our legs...
