I think that's why we moved to the sticks and I'm very selective on who I'll be around. I wish the very best to you and hope with all of my heart that despite what is going on you will find some peace with your past and current ongoings. I know it's quite difficult I truly do. But once you let go you find a bit of freedom to just be. Sending lots of love my friend. Focus on the present moment find a journey to find yourself. In that you will find your way. I was once told I can't save anyone but myself. It's good to be there for your mom but you can't save her unfortunately. You can only take care of yourself and in that you can be healthier and better for others. 💚 you are an awesome soul. Things have a way of working out. They are just trying to teach you something. Once you find it and learn from it you'll move forward. Big hugs!

My mother is an alcoholic. she doesn't drink socially, she drinks daily and to a horrifying extreme. I have seen the level of her vodka bottle in the fridge and she is drinking over a liter of vodka a day. To put that into perspective, a liter is 33.8 ounces of liquid. a disease unfortunately! but the problem never comes out of nowhere, so there is a reason! she's your mom, give her a drop of more love and more likely to say you love her, distract her that there are forces, it is hard, but one she did not exactly get out there!
