well, had the interview today. not getting my hopes up.
1. who knows...got that "eh" feeling about the interivew. lots of the questions were the "situational" ones, where my first answer is "You need to find out what is going on."
interview on Friday, possible interview next week...fingers crossed! next week, I would be interviewing for a permanent position!

so the girl I've chatted with (see a my blog about a month ago) came back in. we talked more. it was nice. we get along great. similar humor, tastes in music, we both are probably misanthropes, too!
Having to say that stuff twice is nothing compared to some of the people I speak to at work on the phone. Its amazing how little they listen and speak for a bloody phone conversation.
I asked a person to "replicate the problem" on their computer and they went off at me " Im not technically minded, don't use that language with me!". I nearly told her to go read a dictionary, that it wasn't technical at all and that if she was gonna continue being a bitch I would hang up.
so I just got rejected for a job that the posting was....

well, at least I wrote the cover letter for a long-term sub position. included in the letter is a statement about having done a long-term sub position and knowing what it takes to get the kids used to me.
