and then she dropped the bombshell.
and a some guy called last night "Uh, yeah, do you have the Plan B pill."
me: "The what?"
Him (meekly): "the plan B"
me: "Oh, that...sorry, I think you need to talk to our pharmacist tomorrow about that. They come in around 8:30 or 9:00 AM."
Him: "Hmm, okay, thought the laws changed on that. but okay...what time do they come in?"
Me: "8:30 or 9:00 AM"
and I believe the law has changed where there is no need for a prescription, but you still need to talk to a pharmacist...but anyone catch how I had to tell him TWICE the time?
oh well....time to eat and then apply for more jobs! yay!
EDIT: and just set up an interview for a long-term sub position...if I get the position, it will be from mid-August through the beginning of December. which is nice for the length of time...and hopefully it can lead to something longer (IE, when the people go "You need more job experience," I can go "I have it dumb ass!")
Having to say that stuff twice is nothing compared to some of the people I speak to at work on the phone. Its amazing how little they listen and speak for a bloody phone conversation.
I asked a person to "replicate the problem" on their computer and they went off at me " Im not technically minded, don't use that language with me!". I nearly told her to go read a dictionary, that it wasn't technical at all and that if she was gonna continue being a bitch I would hang up.
Good luck with the interview!
