I just replaced the kitchen sink faucet...and learned 2 things..

1. next time, replace the who sink...its easier.

2. I will never bitch about how much plumber's charge...I think they deserve a tip as well!

wouldn't mind the cold as much if we had snow on the ground.

now, its just bone chilling cold and brown grass. and that sucks to look at!

one way not to instill a sense of company loyalty in someone...take a person who comes in whenever you call him and willing to work whatever hours and quite flexible...and then cut his hours down to 20 hours the week before Christmas, while everyone else (especially brand new hires) has close to 30 hours that week.
