ok.. so i had my interview with the chef from calendula on monday.. stuart... nice guy. Anyways... he didnt really interview me. We just talked about the restaurant and stuff.. he told me all the nuts and bolts of the operation. They are opening to the public on Jan 6th with 4 soft openings the days prior. Training begins on dec 27th.. shit like that....
