I'm kinda bummed... I was offered the Sous Chef position at Crystal Mt. this winter. But alas i cannot go. Because most likely hil is going to be in Amsterdam, and i can't have the cats in employee housing. i can see if he'll talk to christian into letting my rent out the cabin (which is some hot shit.. a small log cabin with a nice loft on the edge of a small river not too far from the Mt. AND.. and outside jacuzzi!)
But christian is kinda weird. and i don't know if i would feel totally comfortable living there.. in the middle of a small logging town.
Maybe he can talk someone into letting e have the cats in employee housing. Then i have a chance to go... this is such a good opportunity. It sucks it's not so easily grasped.
