well after a month of "lurking" i figured it was time to start posting...! so i guess that means i will inevitably end up spending even more time here than i already do.... eep! that's ok though, it's fun here...interesting folks and all the wonderful eye candy.

so today is a grey, chilly saturday,,,gotta love seattle in june. i should be out running errands right now but am finding it hard to make it out of my pajamas and into the shower thus far. i am tired...worked a mind-numbing temp job this week that is actually going to continue into next week as well. it's basically helper monkey work, but it's a paycheck. so far the part-time massage therapist income is not cutting it, so until my clientele grows, i gots to have a second source of income. temping is ok, but it keeps reminding me why i left the office world behind in the first place. need to find a better second-job alternative!

so anyway i am lazy today, and am bummed because i'm off this weekend and my girlfriend has to work, and then next week i am working while she is off all week on a break from school. we haven't had some quality time off together in quite awhile now. boo! it would have been nice to be able to sleep in together and go out to brunch or something today, but instead she is out slaving for the man and i am here typing and watching the food network (for someone who doesn't do much cooking, i watch WAY too much of this channel...).

oh well joe the cat is demanding my attention so i guess that's all the babble for now....hello to anyone who has stopped by! happy solstice to all.
