bjork at the pier on friday night: absolutely wonderful. i started to cry within seconds after she first opened her mouth, she is truly magical. it was fucking freezing after awhile once the sun went down, and her set was only about an hour w/no encore, but those shows down at the pier have to be over with by 10:00 apparently, so i guess them's the breaks. the pier is a nice place to see a show (when it's not freezing...), it's pretty when the sun is setting and the boats are going by. too bad no one i ever want to see usually plays there and/or it's usually too damn expensive.

i am in a funk. need to indulge in some retail therapy.
guess i will go spend some money today.
