It was leg day again, which is my favorite day! I love going heavy on the leg press machine, hack squat machine and regular squats. I know I'm weird. Most people hate leg days and love chest days.

My legs/lower body is definitely my strongest body part. Last leg press machine set was 12 45# plates plus the platform (108#)... 648# 10 reps. Pretty sure...
