My advice: Don't ever listen to 'Disintegration' when you're even feeling mildly down. It will plunge you into a depression the likes of which only months of swilling cheap gin straight from the bottle, wearing a black beret and smoking Gauloises cigarettes constantly can ever hope to revive you.
