I think I have actually heard that they do have extra pro help on those shows. Kind of lame really... Now we've got all these "do it yourselfers" getting all mad that it takes more than a day or so to redo a bedroom.

I would buy some of that no matter what it cost! and, you can't really see what you're doing on a guy either..you just have to kind of feel your way around, or take note on what works, what doesn't etc and make a game plan that will get you to where you wanna be

Just be smart. (that's a silly thing to say to you) I hear the words you are saying and the feel like the right ones. Propering eating and exercising. blance and the whatnot. reasonable goals. but as I say to the girls who shop at the store I work at, It's just a stupid number.
My only adviceis, "take your time". You did not put on that wieght in three months don't think you'll get rid of it in three months. It took you years to get here and it may take you years to get back there. So be patient with yourself.
