I agree! Pants are always snug in the hips and loose in the waist on me. Urgh. Women like us were not made for modern day. We should be in beautiful tailored clothes that allow for hips and a waist. What ever happened to having clothes made to measure? *sigh*

I'm sorry you feel sick. My advice is, if you can, drink freshly squeezed orange juice. You can buy the oranges in the discount section of the grocery store: they don't have to be the freshest. Put them in the microwave for about 10 seconds before you squeeze them to get more juice. OJ gives you lots of energy (it sometimes keeps me more awake than coffee), it's full of vitamins, and it's yummy! I find it also sates me for quite a long time (mind you, I drink about a litre/4 cups in one sitting). In general, I like fruit juices or smoothies when I'm trying to cut down eating, 'cause they're like a meal.

Congrats on the weight loss! It's VERY hard to do - I know because I've been up and down myself forever - so best of luck with it as you go...

Hi Sorcha. Thanks for your awesome feedback on my SB set. The hard part of that was posting them up not actually the preparation/taking of the pics. I was mostly worried about negative responses, but as my Grandma always taught me, be fearless because fear might hold you back from something good, if that made any sense. Anyways, I am glad to now be a part of this community you are in.

I leave for Vegas Monday night, at about 10pm. I liked the poem you posted and linked to. I read it first from the webpage and then again in your entry. I think it tells a great truth about enjoying being in a relationship. That it is not an obligation. The time a lover spends with you is a gift, each moment of it. If they leave they are not taking anything away from you, they have just ceased giving that thing. I hope that everyone takes the time in between relationships to "plant" their "garden", and "decorate" their "soul." I know I need to do that more. Great piece, thanks for turning me on to it.
