Is it appropriate to say Happy before Halloween? Is it really supposed to be happy, or would it be better to wish a Scarey or Fun Halloween? Finally.....a rainy day when it actually rained instead of just being foggy and putting down drist. 1/2 inch in the rain gauge by 6am and still showering....man do we need the rain!

The drist ( a combination of drizzle and mist ), fog and overcast sky continues, although the wind has switched more from the south and it has warmed up about 10 degrees to nearly 60.....which feels quite balmy after several days of high 40's to 50. actaully the secret is not just sweet pickle juice its Celery seeds, sweet girkins, or rellish, a little cider vinigar, you take the hard boiled eggs , separate the yolks, mash with salt ,pepper and seeds add mayo and mustard or mustard powder, adn vinigar, and pickles, make a sauce then pour over minced celery, eggs, potatoes, and mix,chill
