I was actually reading some funny one-liners, along the lines of that on the net a few weeks back. I have a memory like an etch-a-sketch, so I can't remember any of them now, but I was laughing so hard I had to call a friend and share.
I think the problem you have is with the Alpha Males. You know, the ones with the balls to go and approach everything without a penis in the bar until they find that low self-esteem hottie that needs to be dragged out of a bar by her hair to feel loved.
Meanwhile, the Beta and Gamma males sip their drinks and wish they could simply kill every damn Alpha Male on the planet. Such a waste of testosterone.
My normal pick up line (all three times in my life I have tried to approach a woman) "What the name of the last book you read?" <await response> "You know, books, paper, words..." <awaits response> "OK, next topic...sure is hot in here tonight, huh?"
