Well, I’m my case, my pain is from a severe congenital migraine. Me, my sister and mom have it and each affected in a different way. Mine gives me a pulsating sensation, aversion of light and sound and when I was at the worst times, I’ve had sight loss, nose bleeding and partial memory loss. Besides the sight loss the only symptom I was unaware was the nose bleed because I first lost the sense of smell.

I didn’t had anything wrong, physically, migraines like mine are just a chemical unbalance and mines are a completely inability to produce serotonin and a huge capacity to store cortisol. The treatment for me was using anti depressives like amytriptiline associated with other things but right now I’m free of it with fewer episodes of pain. I use to suffer 4 or 5 crisis every week. Now I’m down to 4 a month tops.

It's my birthday today 😄🎉

Usually I like to go on a morning hike for my birthday, but the air quality is a code red today. So not a good idea! It's super hazy and you can smell the smoke in the air.

I spent some time outside for a couple games of mini golf before getting lunch at a diner. Still a great time!
