Wolfox And The Week Of Pure Evil : The 39 Week 36 Round Up/Update [T39W36RU/U]
as I pause and take a moment, due to choking from laughing so hard (must remember, eat THEN laugh - demn that hurt), I figure I might as well make an update, neh?
this weekend should be interesting - sometime today a friend (an ex-g/f I'm friends with), her fiancee, and (at least for one night) his bands' drummer will be arriving for the weekend and crashing over.
some people may think it's weird, but it's not the first time I've befriended an ex-g/f - let alone had them crash over some place I was living.
...it's her b'day today and I fully intend on taking advantage of them tomorrow.
No, not like that - Nile (the metal band) is playing tomorrow at the Station 4, one of the reasons they're coming down...
if it's kosher with them, which it seems to be, I'll be at the show as well - haven't been to a concert/show in awhile, and since they're going anyways and staying at my place, why not...?!
as usual - every week has good and bad sides... here's a peek at a bit of both from this week ::
on the good side (posted this week) :
compliment [edited], circa March y13 : "You're like Douglas Adams' brain stuck in a sasquatch poet without proper anaesthesia" - Helsyeh!
on the bad side (posted this week) :
a message I received due to posts that I've made recently: "someday you'll see that religion and [g-d] is the only truth and reality"
be realistic and keep your religion away from my family, please. your "truth" is not Truth if it's spawned hatred and lies for generations!
I hate to be mean, but... really? telling me that without your religion & your "pale thin g-d" that truth and reality don't exist? just sad
ANYways... sometimes people are so, well, interesting. in both good ways and bad.
the nice thing is that those that make your life interesting in bad ways you can always keep them out of your life.
but... the rare weekend visitors are not here yet, so I'm gonna watch myself s'more Todd & The Book Of Pure Evil - withOUT choking this time!
