Neither Trick Nor Treat...
While I haven't had a single trick-or-treater (yet), same as last year, I did actually have a knock on my door...
(humerously) it was a fellow who barely spoke a lick of english... and after a bit of lingual stumbling I finally realize he was PO'd because he thought I'd hit his car this morning when I'd left for work.
it took a little convincing, with help of my great neighbor across the hall, to tell him it couldn't possibly have been me as I haven't owned a vehicle since '99.
he finally stopped yelling/fist shaking and left, though with an over-the-shoulder glare that didn't quite convince ME that he believed me or my good neighbor. *sighs*
the neighbor told him to call the management office and/or the PD. guess we'll see where (if?) this goes anywhere.
and, yes, I still found it humerous - though maybe, just maybe, I shouldn't have laughed when I figured out why he was PO'd... I think it pissed him off even more.
