Green Tea ups your matoblism so it's good that you're drinking that along with lots of water should be really good for you. The first thing I eat in the morning is something raw. like fruit...veggies, your body can digest those things really easily and it doesn't use up all the energy you just gained from sleeping. I'm eating anything that's light that doesn't weight my tummy down cause I hate that feeling in the summer anyway.
Beers is bad if you're trying to lose weight at least that's what I've been told. It doesn't really do anything for you except for give you something like...170 calories a pop. If you're sitting there downing a six pack then eating a cheese steak...well you see the problem i'm sure.

Sorry to hear about your job but here's a thought. It's just money! It seems like the professional stuff you care about is going quite well.
