If I lived close enough to where I worked I would ride my bike every day. I used to do that when I lived in Holland (I made Reddi Wip for a living). I miss that. Hell, it's almost an hour drive for me, it would take all day to ride. That sucks.

its hard to know that a friend is hurting... it almost feels worse to you then the pain they are feeling... the best thing to do is to just be there for them... that simple comfort can take away alot of pain even if it isn't directly helping...
