No, you're not a bad mom for not being able to keep both the babies. You're a good mom for finding a good home for one of them.
My first kitten is now gone, to her new kitty mom in Saskatoon. The boys, not sure when they will leave, but I am lucky to be able to keep Tigger....she's still my little sweetie.
Not that I don't love the other kittens, but having 6 cats in the house just doesn't work.
