So, the Nick Cave show officially rocked. 
I love general admission shows. My sweetie and I managed to take up position right up front during the opening band's set (before anyone cared to oppose us), and we stayed up front through Nick's entire set.

The office is a fairly dull place today. I think I'll sing myself a little ditty to alleviate the tedium. 
A long day and my evening plans have just been cancelled due to illness (someone else's). 
On the other hand, I'm going to see Nick Cave at the Palladium on Wednesday, so I'll try not to get too upset about it.
