Holding pattern is over...deal in Detroit fell through. We may look for another bar to buy next year, but I doubt it.

So....I'm staying in Los Angeles indefinitely.

EDIT: I finally got the internet at home! Now I'm back on SG and can interact with all you lovely people! smile

We are still holding out for the loan on the bar in Detroit. I should know something this week.

Loans aren't as easy to come by these days though. I am still cautiously optimistic.

No internet yet at my new place, so I have to post from the scooter shop where I work on Saturdays.

* New place is good, way better than anywhere I've been in the last year. Only problem is how long can I stay in there before the owners sell it (it's a foreclosure house). I don't want to move again unless it's to.......

So....when I crashed my scooter a couple of months ago, I bent the thing up in a way that MAY make it irreparable. Still a couple of things left to try, but if the frame is bent, I'm fucked.

Don't know about you, but when I find myself feeling that way, being online usually makes it worse for me. Getting outdoors has a more curative effect.
