So, I'm still rather sporadic with my visits, but since the league is on summer break and I'm forbidden to do anything but ice and stretch for a few weeks while I heal up from the season, I've found myself with a lot of free time which I'm using to visit a bit more often. I'm still mostly reading the groups, although I looked at...

Hey there. Are you still around? Someone's still paying your SG bill so I hope you're using your account. (Assuming it amuses you.)

I kinda got tired of Facebook and I hardly ever check it. But I hope you're still skating and doing that cool job.

I just found you from a Cosplay Convention group....

Loved the photo of your Shiva and LuLu

Happy (belated) New Year!

The rundown: still working crazy hours, still stealing unreliable internet, still having occasional bouts of insomnia. I'll be going to bed early tonight.

The most exciting thing going for me right now is roller derby. I won't be bouting for a while (hell, I have to make it off the farm team and onto a home team first), but I'm definitely...

Still don't have internet at home. Still sponging off free internet at my former roommates' place.

Don't know when I'll get around to hooking up internet at home, either. I've been looking at my priorities, and right now I'm more interested in funneling my finances into roller derby and bass equipment.

You know it's time to clean your kitchen when:

Your jar of peanut butter goes missing. You check all the shelves, cabinets, on the kitchen table, but to no avail. You finally buy a new jar, only to have the old one turn up. Under the ironing board. On the floor.

Heh. I've had many a day like that. Until recently. I decended on the filth of my apartment like an angel of clean death. I'm about 78% done purging this place of the messy hell...

BTW: is your screename a ref. to Hopeless Savages? I love that series. love
chrono01:
I love Hopeless Savages. "Ground Zero" is one of my favorite story arcs of any comic series. Oni kicks ass. I've had to limit my comic buying as of late (stupid lack of money, it's no fun...) but I still stick with Oni titles. Currently I'm rocking on "Local" by Brian Wood.

-I went to my first Japanese wedding party this weekend, for a friend of mine who I met in high school. There wasn't any dancing, but I won a 2 gb MP3 player in the bingo game.

-I am really, really sick of coughing.

-My Halloween costume is going to kick ass.

so you could make them into magnets... you'd need some clear sealent... paint the front, dry, then paint the back, dry.

i can look up the chemical if you like, as those would make cool magnets. wink

Yeah I don't know about where you are but here in Tokyo we can send money dirtect to a bank account in the UK via the post office and its cheaper than sending it from bank to bank. Anyway its crap, I spent the last 5 years overdrawn.

Cheers, Zeb

I'm getting very good at the Walk of Shame lately, except for the "shame" part.

EDIT: Ok, no, I did not get any play. That would constitute the "shame" part of the walk of shame. I just meant that the past few weekends I've been coming home in the same clothes I went out in the night before. Lots of partying and nothing to show...

I have reached a new level of surreal: shopping for adult products on Amazon IN JAPANESE.

Apparently "vibe" is a loan word.
