54th just past & I can tell you that late 30’s & early 40’# were pretty good. Life after 50, not a fan. Try kick back & enjoy 🎂

Best way to look at it: "Am I above ground and breathing". Say the old farts who have distant memories if being 38. Yes, our society isn't kind to women as they mature so it is you who has to exhibit excellence. I'm 68 with the best advice I can offer: Enjoy the Ride.
